Status of the project

We are in the process of raising the final amounts to pay the purchase price of the property. We do this by investment agreements on the proposed 19 smallholdings which are available at reduced prices, details are to be found here.

The stages of the projects will be as follows:

1. – Raise the full purchase price for purchasing the land – Option Agreements are now open for proposed smallholdings at reduced prices.

2. – Subdivision and registration of 19 smallholdings.

3. – Start the Application for University rights.

4.  – Relocate Keurbosch International Cambridge School.

5.  – Relocate the Knysna English School.

6. – Phase 2 – Residential development to raise more funds for the university project.

7. – Phase 3 – Building and opening of the Knysna University.
